There was a thought to buy X8 from conhismotor:

But it's length is silly.
It is 200cm instead of usual bike's 170cm .

Then I decided to buy this one:

But not as is.
I asked them to install alloy wheels. They look cool.
Their battery on high rear rack looks silly.
I've ordered two batteries 48V11.6Ah (18650 Samsung cells).
And I placed them on the left and right side of tube.
Total width is 17 cm.
Now the balnce is very good.
I strongly recommend this solution.
And two batteries instead of one is more reliable solution.

I am not satisfied with the purchase.
Conhismotor did not follow my requests and our agreements.
1) I asked conhismotor to install twisting throttle.
They did not.
So I had to buy twist throttle.

2) They has forgotten to attach quick release for front wheel.
So I had to buy it on the local store spending my money and time.

3) I often hear a noise of front brake disk.
It appears for few minutes, then disappears.
I've seen recommendation to change quick release to non quick release skew.

3) After 300 km of riding I got problem with the chain.
I have discovered that it was partly disconnected in one link.
I guess they just used old pin to connect the chain.
But Shimano prohibit reuse of pins.
And the chain was 12cm longer than it should be.

4) Conhis has attached unnecessary things without warning me.
Rear light for $20 with non-rechargable battery inside.
This stupid MP3 player for $45:

And they had attached second power supply for $67.
Of course these are not gifts. They increased the cost,
but they did not warn me.

5) I have problems with their kickstand.
It becomes bended every one-two weeks.
So I have to uninstall it and repair with the hammer.
I have installed additional thing on it, but it does not help.
Finally, I have to order new one somewhere.

6) Their Shimano Acera shifter and derailleur are very cheap
and needs adjustments rather often

So my bike looks as follows now:

The grips were taped because chinease grips with throttle
are extremely smelly.

I did the following changes:
-I have installed batteries with adhesive tapes.
Very quick to install/uninstall.
-I've bought mudguards from Amazon
-I have installed twist throttle
-I've moved the shifter to the left side of the handlebar,
because it is uncomfortable to use it on the right side.
-I've bought 7xCree 6000lm head light
-I've bought two extra bright Cygolite rear lights.
-I've bought very wide seat on Amazon
-I've bought adjustable stem, because to sit as is was uncomfortable for my neck. (I am 172 cm)
-I've bought Schwalbe Marathon Smartguard 26x2.00 to change
conhis' noname tires. BTW I was disappointed that the real
width of these tires are 43mm. Old noname 1.95 was 47 mm.
-I've bought a mirror
-I've bought a wattmeter
-I 've installed the bag on rear rack, but I need another one,
more tough

Now it is rather nice bike.
But I regret that my e-bike is based on a cheap bike.
So I recommend to buy more expensive bike and install the motor yourself.

I ordered the same bike from Conhismotor.

I agree with you that the Derailleur is awful.

I would recommend that you replace the installed rack. Mine fall apart fairly quickly.

In my opinion, their customer service is fairly decent for a Chinese supplier.

Interesting bike. Where do you live? and what batteries did you buy? Where to get matching battery bags? Thanks for posting...

The next time you need a tire, I have read good things about the CST Cyclops, many builders here use them.

Each battery is made of Li-ion Samsung 18650 2900 mAh, 4p 13s.
Theoretical capacity of each is 555Wh, but I can get only 400Wh,
because Bafang controller does cut off on 41-42V instead of 32.5V of full discharge.
Yes, I have forgotten to say about the bags. Bags from conhismotor.
I just had to sew the adhesive tapes for it.
Very comfortable bags.

I prefer puncture protected tires.
My new Schwalbe Marathon tired are puncture protected (5mm). Very good, but width 43 mm instead of expected 51mm.
I just need more width.
I am thinking to buy more wide with puncture protection.
Maybe Smart Sam green guard.
