Company moved a manufacture to UK with much better quality e-bikes that's why my opinion is unfair.

AFAICR these folks sell bike with a front wheel motor that is very small and prone to break. Keyde brand roller motors or Tongxin. You can get a fairly reliable bike from Curry for around the same price that you paid or less. Good luck with your e-bike quest.
