My dear friend;
Thank you very much for such a useful feedback. The aforementioned option is also a possibility provided I some how manage to pay cell man to provide me with a suitable controller. For the fact that China is quite near by our country it would be indeed less cheaper to import stuff from their.

I have never ever seen or felt a BLDC e-bike controller so it is like a technology from out of space for a man like me. Only gone through the theory, and therefore I would like to share my understanding about it through a diagram. I would like member to correct me where every I go wrong.

I highly appreciate your support and help that you people extend me time and again.

with much respect and kind regards.

Nice work, you should really build a work bench to make it easier on your back.

I am seriously thinking about making one to give my back a rest. Till now I am on bed with my laptop and not picked a tool yet. I'm feeling a very slow improvement in my back now. Doctors say, it might take as long as 6 months to get back to normal routine. I'm forbid to move much around and bike ride is not allowed.

jusrt a suggestion but;

if your trying for three phase to get the best eff. then you should have a ratio of 4 magnets to three coils that will get the magnets in time with the coiul spacing better.if your not concerned about cogging you could try a core for the coils or a metal backer for the coils to increase the output.

Thanks for the response; these days I am having back pains and I have to abstain from any mechanical work involving bending my back bone inward.
Please, have you seen my this video on Youtube. in which I have tried to explain how the coils interact with magnets in three phase situation. I am sure that In my symmetry the coils also coincide with magnets in proper timing. Here is the video link:

Please do let me know what you think.

I just came across an idea and wanted to share with those who have experience with building custom brushless DC motors (sensored / Sensorless). My Axial flux alternator could easily be converted to a motor I guess. with slight changes I think I can built it inside the wheel of a bike. Hows that?

Sincerely
Naeem

well Naeem, interesting idea that one, turns out thats precisely how the (still i believe?) most efficient motors on the planet do it. they win the world solar car races with them at around 98% efficient, -called the csiro deigned axial flux hub motor, so yes good thinking..

And Dave who has some good deals on STUF
RC lipo and most other types of Lithium batteries you MUST know your individual cell voltages while charging and discharging.
Batteries of all kinds need respect they can burn your house down, so don't sleep with them under your bed or any other were you cant afford smoke or fire!
