Hi,
I would like to warn everyone from buying batteries from Optimum Nano company.
They sold me battery with 2 years warranty. When BMS stoped working after one season they just explained that I am too small customer and that it is not wothy for them to fulfill contract. I was hoping that they would at least send me new BMS, which would be quite cheap for them, but they just stop replying to my e-mails.
So be careful. They are not honest. They even dont understand that having bad reputation will be more expensive for them than fulfilling contracts.
