Bike Friendly City?

I like that the LAPD is getting more involved, but I don't like the way they are going about it.

I think they should be there for a couple weeks, pointing out what people are doing wrong and giving them a warning about the dangers of their actions as well as a warning that tickets will start to flow if the behavior is not curbed.

I've been to the Navy Hospital on the base before. Everyone on the base drives reasonably, thanks to the excellent security presence and decorous atmosphere. The scenery is beautiful, old and unspoiled California preserved and enjoyed by many people.
