Almost done kollmorgen build mk3. Abs work.

hello all! I went into ebiking exactly one year ago when i decided to work on the subject for a 40hour school project, when I and my team build the first prototype. I learned a lot during this year. Now my bike is almost fully done, even if it dosn't mean anything on a diy project
The beginnings :

And now
peak power is 950w with 24v 5.5ah sla's. 8s4ah of worn lipos give me 850wpeak, and what a pain to charge them!
need to find a simple and reliable battery tech. I'm thinking of either 8 headway cells or some toolpacks... my wattmeter has a balancer feature, so i will not need a bms if i charge carefully.
