Please also make a wide front fork and insert the same wheel in there as is in the rear and then mount a Cyclone 3000W middrive to the chain drive!
Funny you should mention that. I had the same thought....

Go for it!
I'm subscribed to this thread so will hopefully see that result in the near future. Or start a built thread for it on E-S and leave a link to it here. :)

I wanted a commuter that would handle my 6 mile commute in Seattle. This is what I landed on…
Before was a brand new Raleigh Clubman Steel Framed Disc brake Road Bike.

After: Bafang BBS02 install
IMG_0096.jpg
The install shop (alki Bike and Board in Seattle, WA) setup a nice little bar end for throttle + controller
I wired in a SuperNova E3 headlight and taillight(not pictured) wired directly to the BBS02's headlight connector.

Since I didn't want to give up a brake cut off or my STI shifters, I ordered these and had the shop install them. The used a U-brake noodle to make the angle work on the rear disc brake.

Yay! That used to be my neighborhood shop! Tell Stu "ahoy" for me. I think about him often, and how he gave so many young folks their first job (when the bike shop I work in can only really absorb black belt mechanics). Hats off.
This is to express my gratitude to Justin of Grin Technologies for his extraordinary measures to save this forum for the benefit of all.

Carver Drift 01 2014
Bafang BBS02 48V 750W
52V 14Ah shark pack
Display 750C
Lekkie 36T
Shimano SLX derailleur + shifter upgrade
KMC X10e chain upgrade

Shark pack does not fit in frame, carried in backpack. Overall super easy conversion.
Super stoked with it, rides superb!

Fuji Reveal Large Frame, 27.5” Wheels, Full Suspension, BBSHD Ludicrous, Luna Sharkpack 52V

Hardest part of the build was upfront leg work in what seems to be the 1 in 500 shot to find a FS frame with 27.5 wheels, straight downtube to avoid the “udder” and its lack of clearance. On top of that it squeezed the Sharkpack inside the triangle. I did have to rotate the shock to squeeze it for a little more all black “stealth”.

Coinciding with this, we also built a Fuji 29er, however Sharkpack has to go under the downtube due to geometry differences.

This is a blast to ride, only 2 savvy hikers have even noticed that it is possibly an electric bike!

I've done a little work on the SB Cruiser trike,
https://endless-sphere.com/forums/viewt ... 5#p1349263
neatening up the headlight (new mount), and finally replaced the "temporary" year-old tiller fix with a new tiller tube, so a few pics. Kirin was supervising. (and the first pic below was taken at the same time as the two below it; it looks darker due to the camera stepping down the brightness to compensate for the headlight and downlighting)

I it mounted using a Salsa Carry anything cage: https://www.rei.com/product/117442/sals ... ith-straps

And the bag is the Salsa Carry anything bag: https://www.rei.com/product/117424/sals ... g-cage-bag

The battery the shop used with my Kit was pretty much a bare wrapped battery. So this the solution they use. I like it because it doesn't scream E-Bike. =D
