Hello guys,

For those, not understand. The "female" is atached to the box, with epoxy and screws, then the side panels, atached to the "female" with screws.

Hi guys,

Finnaly, I finnish the atach points, for the side panels. It was a lot of work, and very precise.
I already have the side panels cut 80%. Its fine tunning.
I can see the finish line....far way...but I can see...

Hi guys,

Its time to finish the side plates. Its going to be 1.5mm alluminium. They are cut to 80%. Today I find the location off the srews...I use acrylic , and then transfer the location off the screws to the alluminium.
After they are atached I tune to 100%.
In the first picture, it already have the acrylic atached. Its hard to see.

Amazing job! very inspiring.

Two quick questions for you soaresdacosta:

1. What is the size of the battery box? (to get an idea of what can come into the frame)

2. Does the Berg Viper comes in different sizes? I could only find tamanho M (is it a L?)

Thanks!

Hi guys,

Wolfeman, the battery box, looks big, but its not. The frame is a S. Small. It will be 100volts 10amps off lipo. 24s 1p. In the future, I will use 18650.
skeetab5780, its 2cm more wide, than necessary...but thats the material I could find was 15cm wide, and I need 13cm. Thats ok, 2cm for foam.
