Very nicely done! I'm curious, what thickness steel did you use for the "box" type frame? I've seen a number of this type of frame, rather than tubes down the middle. Seems to resemble sport motorcycles and allow for plenty of battery space.

The thickness of sides of frame is 2 mm, the main part is 3 мм.
Swing arm - metal profile 40-20-2 mm, mount 6 mm.
Dropouts - 8 mm.
Total bike weight (with battery) is 47.5 kg.

Very Impressive.

What motor are you using?
I use Crystalyte 4080 with LiFePo4 48v 15 AH battery and native Crystalyte controller 48v 60A.
Speed is not so big 45-48 km/h, but acceleration is very well :D !

Frame weight with swing arm is 13.2 kg.

That's not bad. Thinking of doing sheet frame from SS but i think 0.8mm will be plenty

Down and up the hill. Elevation changes about 100 m, standard battery 48V 15Ah, Crystalyte 4080 motor (high speed). Throttle to maximum current of 50A. The total weight of 122 kg.
