The ZERO features a 150 N·m rear-wheel drive 3-phase asynchronous motor, powered by a lithium-iron phosphate battery pack. Tazzari estimates average electricity consumption of 0.135 kW/h per km. The estimated range in Economy drive—one of four drive modes—is 140 km (87 miles). Acceleration from 0-50 km/h (0-31 mph) takes less than 5 seconds; top speed is 90 km/h (56 mph).

Argh it came to the airport I drove by last month and I didn't even know it :( I wonder what they are going to use it for.. I'd like one but the 56mph is that a governed speed or an absolute max speed with the components?
Economy drive limited to what speed to get 87 miles?

Pretty much.

No freeways or highways... other restrictions may apply, depending on the State or Province.

Looks like a good body for a Citicar frame. (They have no restrictions.)
