Looks alot like a Formula V or Formula Ford chassis with a Lemans style lexan clear body over the top.

Too cool ! They built that in High school-damn I made a chisel and a crowbar in metalshop We didn't have autoshop

that looks like a Lola F3 chassis! Google Russell FJR-50 to see what I suspect that chassis started as.
