For ebike parts, don't be a douche, buy from http://www.ebikes.ca or http://www.MethTek.com

Do these really help that much ?

I always imagined the air would flow around the tire and the spokes would cause minor drag..... no ?

I don't think they do a whole lot, but I am sure they help some. And they give the car a nice look. If they are using them on the time trial bikes where every last bit of help is needed than I am sure they can't hurt.
