Pros:

Good battery life - Lithium ION - 90-100km
Heavy weight makes it more stable
Front and rear motor with hydraulic suspension makes climbing steep hills easy
Strong metal
Cons:
Heavy weight also makes it heavy and nuisance to pick up and transport
Expensive $1700 - $2100
Speedway 4
Pros:
Also relatively fast 40-45 kmh
Good battery - 80-100 km range
~40kg weight for stability
Less expensive than Dualtron $1500 - $1700
Left/right turn signals
Cons:
Soft metal
Single rear wheel motor
Lithium-polymer battery more prone to fires and explosions
If anyone has suggestions or experience with Dualtron or even the older Speedway 3 scooters please help me choose.
