Do you think it's too low? "ebikedeal" has the HT3525 new for $300 laced into a rim, I thought $200 for a used one would be fair. I have zero experience with Xlyte motors or their resale value...

I think the ASKING price is fair. I saw this thread on the For Sale- Used section of the forum before you moved it to the wanted section. Sorry for the confusion.

I just paid $300 for a good condition 5304. Jumped for joy to get a good one that cheap. They are getting rare, especially uncooked ones.

They are a LOT more motor than a HT or HS clyte. So that price has nothing to do with the value of a good x5.
THE LIPO RULES. NEVER ABOVE 4.3V NEVER BELOW 2.7V DON'T PUNCTURE

Ideal charging /discharging range for Lipo, 3.65v minimum 4.1v maximum

See battery technology section, FAQ thread at the top of the page for lipo noob info.

Yeah since I posted last I've been researching on here about X5's versus the new HS/HT models, definitely more motor in the older versions. I messaged DoctorBass's friend about his X5305 but he hasn't responded to his for-sale ad for some time...changed his mind perhaps? Anyway, I've been hawking the for-sale section for a while now and if nothing turns up I'll put my hands on a new HT model...I won't be dumping too much power into it anyways maybe 4kW or less maximum.
