sensorless controller for befang and 8s lipo

I have a befangish front hub that I want to use with a 10ah 8s lipo pack that I have. but since the 8s runs at an irregular voltage I don't know what I should be be using.

also trying to go the most affordable route as reasonably possible, any ideas guys?
