2 Speed Brushless Motor

I have had this sitting indoors for at least 5 years, i cannot remember where it came from and do not know any thing about it other than that it is a 2 speed motor. There are a set of hall and phase wires exiting from both sides of each axle.
There are two controllers and a relay.
No warranty sold as is.
Price is £100 including freight in the UK.
