Any suggestions as to how I can move this stuff would really be appreciated.
i'm still interested in the 26/28t 219 sprockets, if we can find a reasonable way to avoid the $20 in WU fees... and in another months time I might be looking at some of the pollychain stuff, just too much on my plate at the moment (finals). those sprockets would fit in a normal bubble wrap type envelope so postage should be pretty cheap right?
oh, and would you sell the 35pp bearing on its own?
I think I have an extra CSK35PP. I'd like to keep the other assembly together because disassembled, it's basically worthless and it took me a week to make. The 219 sprockets might fit in an envelope but I wouldn't trust an envelope so ship sharp metal objects internationally. I don't know what the rules are for that either. If you think that you might want some other stuff in a month, just let me know what you're looking at and I can hold onto it for you. If you're getting more stuff, I can put 20 lbs of it in a flat rate box for the same shipping amount.
I don't think there's any way to get around the WU fees but if you're buying a few things, I'll discount the price enough to offset them.
I'm not ever in as much of a hurry as I feel like I am so I'll gladly put a package together for you and hold onto it until you're ready.

its basically because im building a chain drive now (i have a few ideas I want to test), with the view of building a belt drive later once I know exactly how I want it set up... hence the interest in the chain stuff now and the belt later. I imagine if you tape the sprockets to a stiff bit of cardboard they should be fine, particually if its the 'bubblewrap lined' envelopes. I've had sprockets shipped to me that way before, no probs. How much would you want for the other csk if bought with the 3 sprockets? depending on postage I'm sure we can work something out...
also if I do get the pulleys off you are you able to cut them to size? Ive been inspired by recumbance's belt for his final drive being only 12mm with the pollychain, so I'd only need say 15mm slices.

I'd sell the CSK35PP for $20. An envelope for just the two sprockets and the bearing would cost $17 to get to you and wouldn't really be enough stuff for me to be able to offset the western union charges.
I don't have any way to cut the pulley stock down. Getting them cut to the slices that they're in now cost me $120. Since the cuts were done on a band saw and aren't perfectly true, I had them cut a little larger than the needed to be so they could be squared up on a lathe. I do have contacts at a couple of machine shops that could machine them to your final specifications but you could probably get it done locally for similar prices.
