Charger problem

Hi guys
I accidently reversed polarity when connecting the charger the battery during my battery assembly.
Charger is just a simple 42V 3A charger.
Now the charger powers up and fan also starts and runs continuously.
There is no voltage reading though when i test the output leads with my multimeter.
I checked and fou d 2 fuses which I replaced but it didnt fix the problem.
Could there be another common thing to check when this happens? Thanks

Don't know what simple charger means.
Burned traces? Protection circuit?
Did it ever work with no battery connected?

Ok ill get some pics asap
By simple i meant just a regular 36v charger from online.
It has been working fine until i accidentally reversed polarity when connecting to a battery.

Yes now when i just plug the charger in without being connected to a battery, the fan runs constantly and getting 0Volts at the output connector

I have the same problem with you.

I did that with an IMAX B6 and it stopped working completely.
