At the advice of many on here I picked up a Sabvoton SVMC72150. Came with no instructions, anybody know how this should be hooked up on a Crystalyte 5403?

Im assuming the yellow, green and blue on the controller correspond to my phase wires. Not sure about the halls though.

Like any other controller and motor, unless the controller has a self-learning feature, you'll have to experimentally determine the wiring order

You can check the various Sabvoton threads for info about them; not all the threads in the list linked below will be relevant. Probably the one in the for sale section would have the most info?

Ok thanks, I believe it's supposed to self detect the halls? I could be wrong though.

That would be self-learn; if it has the feature you'd want to look up how to activate it. (could be a jumper wire, could be programming via computer, etc).

Right on, I believe this can be accomplished through the programming. I just don't want to burn anything up if I hook it up the wrong way.

The Raine build seem to be coming along nicely.

How does the controller look on the bike? It looks wider than original stock bomber controller. Does the Cav 3 work with sabvoton?
