Testing some methods for packaging 11ah and 53ah titanate pouches.
A 2p6s 12v 100ah in ammo box finished.
The other is test fitting a 4p6s 12v 44ah in a similar box.
Looks like a 72v 11ah will fit nicely in two banks. 32s to 36s.
Or any combination of up to 36 cells in an wise tall ammo box.11ah LTO 4p6s.JPGfinished orange.JPGMVC-021F.JPG

These use the tab clamping method, mentioned in another thread!
Works great clamping up to 8 tabs for 4pXs

Nice. Would an all 1s all parallel box be doable? If so, what would the ah be? Could the bus bar terminals be moved to the front for another row to stack on top? What kind of weight are these? thanks.

What kind of prices are you getting for the LTO pouches nowadays? I seen in an another post that someone was getting cylinder type LTO cells at a pretty good price.

Oops, I see this isn't my "for sale" thread. So I took out prices.
pm me

12 X 53ah pouches fit with a little persuasion.
636ah

I'm sold out. Only had about 1,000.
Averaged about $xx each.
I can put you in touch with the other half of inventory in Florida. In any quantity, I think he will do the same price.
Sold mine too cheap. That's why they were gone in a couple weeks.

Still have a thousand 11ah. Price depends on quantity and shipping. Cheaper by the pallet.

Also have 15pcs 24v 65ah altairnano back that I sold last year. Paid big buck to get them back. So I need about $xxx
Test over specs yet. You can't kill these things. Even if you store them dead. Heck 1/2 the ones I sold last year were zombies from a junk yard.
This batch is nib.

Here's the one I'm working on now.
Need to find a use for 11ah.

24pcs shown 4p6s High 12v 44ah.
Room for another bank.
4p is max, connecting 8 tabs in with one bar. Pretty easy though.

Pallet on the right is all that's left.

I did a search and found your for sale thread. Those were indeed great prices for LTO cells.
:)

Must have been. :) 53ah sold out in 2 weeks.
Someone can still get a great price on 11ah by the box (22) or pallet.

Hey INWO/Dave,
Got the cells (that was quick) and currently building a case for 30s1P. 11" x 6" x 8.75" ... now I need to figure out how to mount on frame.
Pretty impressed with the cells I received so far - all within 1 mV - except one.
Can't wait to test'em out!
