What a stunningly beautiful end result! 8)
Maybe the handle bar could be a little lower and a different key fob would suit better. But that's just nitpicking.

Thanks
i totally agree with both , serching for a more vintage style of bars .
i thought the key holder would fit nice with the yellow i plan to paint it but it does pick up in the wind and gets anoying , a bit to modern to match too
its this :

NOoooo
Don't paint it yellow. It's perfect as it is now!
I love the "old green patina" colour here and there. Makes the frame look more vintage.
Although seeing your skills up to now I suspect it would probably look okay.

the idea at first was to replicate a Cyclone BTR (yellow) but i made the frame differently and it has a very acurate replica of a Merkel fork , so maybe Orange , i like the beat up no care look, but i really want to make all this work shine like a New old stock

Lowered the ration again ,28t/ 44t
i made a 44t with a old chainring welded to part of the 32t sprocket i tried first
https://www.facebook.com/829062647228946/videos/1123532691115272/
now it goes ! , i felt like i was flying way to fast for the cycle paths around town and felt it was missing some power when pulling and starting up hills

heres few pics and videos with the previous 40t and finished tank i forgot to post

slowly dialing every details in prevision of paint

-made a bracket to hold the speed sensor on the fork
-made a new nicer/stronger kick stand
-made new nicer/stronger pvc,plastic,wood,handlebar cylinders/battery box
-replaced the 3speed switch by a turn knob ajuster
-re-branded a old aluminum emblem by embossing
-and after drawing the tank logo , a kind friend offered me to print vynils on his machine, so i should have that ready as well :D

the turn knob ajuster, only the handlebar mount was in stock , and happened to be cheaper as well , so i just hack it up and fiberbondoed it in there, works like a charm :)

This bike is so frickin cool..... You have created a functional piece of art with so many cool details. On top of that you can and apparently do ride it around. It must be so much fun to cruise. Great work, looking forward to watching it evolve slowly over time. Thanks for documenting your build.

Thanks Wolfeman :)
sure i ride it , its ment to be used.
Yeah its a dream to zoom around on this for me.
most of everything i know was learned on forums like here so its normal i pass it on,
the documentation makes for great souvenirs too :D

Printed vinyl 'faux tank' logo juste arrived from a kind annonimous friend, they look beautiful ! i just need to find a turquoise paint pen to make the emblem the perfect collor :p

Sorry i forgot to post the latest progress pics , but the good news is

IT FINISHED !!! :D

paint took 2-3 weeks, i used rostolium just cause it was the right yellow , but it took a week to cure before i could sand and do a second coat , the result should be more scratch proof than the usual thin layer of paint with 2-3 coat of clear .. 2 thick layers of paint

bare frame cleaned

Where did you get the 'middle finger' key?

Well done mate!

It kept getting better and better and the end result is stunningly gorgeous! 8)
Very beautiful bike, enjoy it as much as you can.
Is there already a next project you'll be working on? If so, please put a link to it in this thread as I enjoy your workmanship and would love to follow any other build of yours.

Thank you!
i really enjoyed this build , just as much as ill do riding it ,cause it wont be a trailer queen :D

you can keep track of all my past and future projects on my Fb page
https://www.facebook.com/LSD-Laprise-Simon-Designs-829062647228946/

nothing else started atm , ill be moving soon ,so will need to setup a new work place.
but i do hope to develop/build a new E-twin all in one unit made simpler

LuLWut? .. and batteries are in the pistons too ?
cool! havent seen it before , was inspired mainly by the lightning rod /sportsman flyer , and thought it would be great to have the batteries in the piston to let some storage space in the tank
