Since I moved to TX 9 years ago, I quit riding on the pavement and sold the road bikes. I ride trails or sidewalks here. Its just the way it is.

I've lived in Texas almost all my life, and I've ridden a bike for transportation for most of that time. I haven't had a motor vehicle for more than a decade, except for e-bikes. That's just the way it is, for me.
