The edit time has been put back to infinite. This was sort of an experiment.
I think the need for people to correct mistakes is more important than preventing the occasional disgruntled member from wiping out useful information.

i think you can edit a post just not delete it so you could edit it to remove or replace the content with a smiley or something.
