since these are lead acid batteries, they can only be discharged at C(apacity)/20 or 3.6A or 86.4W
but you need to draw 750W or 31.25A which is 8.68 times the rated discharge. So your battery will be empty before 2 hrs.

So with 8 batts you can make one 24V 72Ah. The total energy of this big batt is 1728wh (more than your 1500wh requirement). To use ALL that energy you have to consume at a rate no higher than 3.6A (72Ah/20). But your motor consume 31.25A (750W/24V) so you can not retrieve all the energy in that big batt.
