I think at least 10g wire is the go for wiring lipo, personally I use 8g on my setup, what little wire there is. Best of luck with sales.

don't mean to hijack the thread here Chris, but this is my proposed setup for 66V 15AH, at the moment everything got 4mm bullets on so wiring up in series is possible with this config just gets more complicated when it comes to making the parralel connections? much better to just go with Andersons all the way through right? This check out alright to you? (sorry for n00bness)

Customer number two checking in. Chris put together the custom harness shown above for me, in less than a week including ordering parts. The pack is set up for versatility. Using six bricks of 6s lipo, I have the option to run 44v 5ah, 44v 10ah, or 44v 15ah. The harness is finished and I'm just waiting for USPS to deliver the goods. So far I have been very impressed with Chris's work. I probably could have done this myself with a bit of trial and error, but after Iceman helped me out with advice and shopping lists for lipo, harness, charger, etc., I decided to let him do the actual crimping. Doing it this way is a good middle ground between a rather intimidating DIY project and an off-the-shelf pack. I was able to daydream my ideal pack, give the concept a thorough reality check, and know that it's gonna work without drama. The setup we designed is very similar to the one Chris runs on his own bike, so I have a high degree of confidence that it will plug and play. Chris's rate for this was extremely reasonable. He's passionate about eBikes, and he's doing what he loves. It feels good to support that, and in the process hopefully ease the transition to lipo for others.
