Tearing down a new e-bike

I just bought a new e-bike here in Shanghai. I am not impressed with the quality of anything, but everything sold here seems to have about the same quality put into it - the bike I bought seemed to be about as good as any others of the same kind.

Would there be any benefit to tearing the bike/motor down and changing out some of the parts? the sensors? the bearings? Can I make any changes to the wiring? I am most interested in doing things to make the bike more trouble free, as well as efficient.

Push it past its limits. Wait for something to break. Replace/upgrade it. Repeat.

You are a person of few words..i like that Yes, I am sure that things will ultimately break down but the problem is, if I wait for them to break down I will need to replace the parts right away because it is my "daily driver". In order to get better parts I would have to order them...and wait..and wait..and wait. Also, I would like to start disassembling things so that I know how to do the work myself and can do repairs on the roadside, if necessary. i would at least like to know the size of parts so that I can buy them now (bearings, sensors, etc) and then, when things break down, I can replace them because already will have them.

Is there such a thing as a high quality hall sensor and low quality sensor? or are they just a commodity product?
