Interesting spoke attachment and tensioning system on the rear wheel. Is that common on trials bikes? Is it to facilitate easy spoke replacement?

[EDIT] Oh, tubeless tire capability.

Most trial bikes run tubeless tyres to save weight and help prevent pinch punctures but not all have this spoke arrangement ( but it do make it very easy to replace spokes ) :D

 well maybe just a little  . I have trying to find out the cost and it looks like it will be sold as a kit for a donor bike and the kit will be around 5k euros!! which means this will put the whole bike up around 7-8k euros!! ok it might be inline with zero motorcycle pricing but thats one hell of a price  to try and ween gas heads of there 6k euro gas bikes, and it looks like they are using lipo's. My trials bike is coming along nicely thanks for asking, the bike is finish machnically and performs very well  but still want it to be better ( you know how it is ) also trying to find a 'legal for competition' trials tyre is the main obstacle at the moment, I may have to look into using a 18" MC rim for the rear but this then opens up a whole new set of problems.

Might be their target market is folks already weaned off gas... Parents that have already bought electric bikes before, as Onsets etc for their young ones:

Will these young ebikers really "graduate" to gas?

tks

I know of a couple that have had to because there isn't/wasn't a larger version of electric trials bike, so you may be right.
