For ebike parts, don't be a douche, buy from http://www.ebikes.ca or http://www.MethTek.com

Interesting. Wonder if the scalloped outside of the cowling is another application of the whale fin "bumps" eg:

...and little brushed(?) DC motors from Mabuchi Motor:

Mabuchi Motor Company (マブチモーター株式会社, Mabuchi Mōtā Kabushiki Kaisha?) of Chiba Prefecture, Japan TYO: 6592 is the world's number one manufacturer of small electric motors.

The company holds 70% of the market for motors used with automotive door mirrors, door locks, and air conditioning damper actuators.

RPMs geared waaay down, somehow.

Neat packaging, but it looks real slow and is not much more than a toy. A moderately fit person with a pair of good fins could outrun that easily. If it's intended for scuba the speed will be half that in the video thanks to drag from buoyancy jacket and air cylinder.

That's more like it. I want a Magnus 950! Though with the amount of fishing line that's snagged around the wrecks here I'd probably end up garrotting myself

Audio seems mucked up on that vid. Rider position doesn't seem very hydrodynamic...
