I care. :D

It looks great man, I like your battery enclosure. Those mirrors are very cool too, keep posting updates. There doesn't seem to be much action in the motorcycle section though, huh?

the chopper took a bit of change in the fake gas/console and seat look - a combination of traditional chopper and sporster has made this project take a better profile than before...

instead of the fiberglass fuel tank/console - i went with aluminum...

yes sir i did most of welding myself with a bit of teaching of a friend who has just passed away a few days ago... he was giving me advice on welding techniques and allowing me to use his work spot...

but the design, welding, painting and assemble is all me...

here is the latest updates of the 72 volt chopper - the frame is ready as far as the welding is concern...

now i get to take everything off the frame so i can paint it... with motor out, i can lift the motorcycle off the ground. it looks heavier than it is...

the battery box is my way of hiding the batteries and protecting them from the weather and people. Also to keep that motored chopper kinda of look...

its all aluminum construction, very light with a air flow system for those hot summer months.

the side covers contain the BMS, Charging and cell log taps.

the bike is set up to be worked on if needed, trying to keep in mind that maintenance will be required, so everything is removable...

the fuses, gauges and controller are under the fake gas tank cover.

the contacter is in the fake oil reservoir.

the lighting will be LED and the headlight is a H4 halogen light.

the brakes are a standard hydraulic disc brake system for a motorcycle.

this is whats going on top of the gas tank - its pretty sci fi looking, but ive already started creating it... all digital elements i already have and the use of a cnc to create the base plate and lens is already on the table to be routed...

also the frame is almost ready for paint...

 OK this is a bit ahead of myself with this Concept 3D artwork - but the bike should come out pretty close to this rendering, i thought i would just share it with you all...

im also considering a name for the bike, which no name will be displayed on it, except maybe for car show events in the display - "FANG BANGER" - thats all i'll say about that for now...

That's full on bad ass dude! I'm really surprised this beast isn't getting more attention, it's a real classy job you are doing. I can't wait to see the end result! I know you are putting a different tailight on though, right?
