Wow, that ride looks amazing! I love all the color coded stuff and you got my color scheme. Sweet! Thanks for loading the riding pics too. Nice to see it in action. Congrats by the way on your first build. That's quite a piece of work. I just finished my own not too long ago too.

Hi dave bike looks great hope you post some vids, the more i see these mid drive setup's the less i want a hub motor. They seem the way forward for offroad use. I have a big hit i was hoping to do my first build with looks slighty diffrent from your frame think mine's is a bit older, looks rounder! does that rule out your mounts? also was looking at cyclone stuff the other day, a guy is selling very small 50v 45amp controllers for these have you seen them? look similar to rc controller, mabe they are i'm not sure am new to the scene lol.

About the trails near Manchester. I am based in handforth. Built two dh bikes so far both with frock motors. Will get to a decent mid drive one day. But anyway +1 on some manchester/ peak district trail riding

I dont think ill sell any time soon mate, its my first baby :-)
Had a good ride today after picking up my Stealth Bomber from Tench. A friend used my BH and we went gor a muddy play! The big hit performed faultless for another 12 miles of hard use!
The Bomber is on another level though! Not got any video yet as im waiting for a handlebar mount for my iphone 4s, should get half decent videos with it.

How do the two bikes compare in weight, top speed, range, hill climbing, smoothness of power, & noise levels?

Any chance of showing us some video of the two bikes tackling a small hill climb and letting us hear and see them work? Would be awesome if you have the time?

you hit the 'youtube' button, but you need to just paste in the q39123ugfhjaqwilehgfilawegf stuff at the end of the normal YT link like

lol, the sound on that vid is brilliant, souns like your revving the crap out of some highly tuned ICE.

edit

Thanks for that guys, i think i understand how to do it now.
Dont worry about the letterbox view, that was the first try and i had the phone mounted vertically.
The case is awesome for the phone mount, its fully waterproof and you can still operate it throught the case :-)
Im ready for some muddy vids now as soon as ive got time off on Friday.
