Cyclone-USA

Postby Geezer » Tue Dec 13, 2011 7:11 pm

Three weeks ago I ordered a motor kit from Cyclone and paid with a credit card. After the order was placed, I received an e-mail with nothing but an order number in the subject area. I have sent repeated e-mails requesting more info on the order, but have received no replies. Before I cancel payment through the credit card company, I would like to know if anyone else has experience with Cyclone-USA.

I've only dealt with Cyclone Taiwan, but they were always straight up.

I got my 500w Cyclone kit from him. If I remember correctly, his name is Jim. I received my order within 1 week via Priority mail. I'm pretty sure he does the Cyclone biz as a part time thing aside from his full time job, so he's usually pretty busy. He was responsive though when I needed some questions answered.

I finally was contacted by Jim. He had been occupied with a family situation for a period without the aid of electronic mail. He apologized for the delay and was very prompt in sending my order.
