Another good idea if you want to differentiate yourself from the cheaper Chinese sellers and battery packs is to provide all (accurate) information about the packs up front.

Your site quotes 20A max continuous discharge, but you sell 4 different packs, from 36V10Ah to 48V24Ah, they must differs in specs? There is also no size/weight info on the 20/24Ah packs.
Protection is good, but that tape solution looks bad. Is it really needed?
Site says packs come with pos. and neg. terminals that we have to configure ourself, fair since there is allot of different connectors in use but in the pictures it looks like big white connectors are already taped into the pack? Do we have to get the tape of to mount our own?
There is a battery distance chart on your site, but no mention what battery pack or controller was used to get that data.
More information about the charger? Site quotes 3-4h charge for empty to full, same on all packs? Does that mean they ship with different chargers?
Any details on the BMS? your site says "Maximum discharge spike 25A for < 2 seconds" is that a battery or BMS limitation? same for all packs?(probably not, so why keep the customer guessing)

basically, give your customer the relevant information about the product you are selling :)

These clearly are good batteries. Not huge power, but a good choice for a shorter range bike that doesn't need 20 ah of range. Definitely lighter than lifepo4. Ships from the USA is fantastic!

A previous customer has already reported liking this battery a lot. No reason not to buy one for a 20 amp controller.

You can get 40A continuous by running a pair of battery packs in parallel. Given the modest weight and size of a 48 V 24 Ah setup I'm considering this alternative.

edit: Other posts have suggested that the AllCell BMS may prevent a doubling of current when packs are paralleled.

+1 on Lester. I just looked at his site. He's taken a lot of the suggestions from ES members and implemented them into his site and product.

they are light, but to me they seem just a little pricey for the low C-rate

The page advertises the LiMnNi as 2C ("20amp continous" for a 10ah/12ah battery).

From what I've reach on ES, LiMnNi only delivers 1C continuously. (On the other hand, they're wonderfully safer than LiPo).

Man, you gotta get allcell to drop the price on these. For a DD motor or large geared motor, you'd need the 20ah at minimum and that's $900/$1225.

These can technically run at 2C, because they have a heat dispersing material. But they are best running at 1C or less for long lifespan and better performance ( voltage sag at 2C is going to be very severe )
