Postby CraigT » Tue Jan 31, 2012 7:09 pm

Hello folks.

I am excited to announce that I will be in the Bay Area from February
16-20th with a new Limited Edition Optibike 1100R.

In the area? (Chessmonster??) Lets meet up!

On Thursday, February 16, from 5-6:30 pm I will be eating one of the
best cheeseburgers in SF and talking about electric bikes at:

Gott’s Roadside
1 Ferry Bldg
Marketplace Shop 6
San Francisco, CA 94111
(limited testrides available..)

On Saturday, February 18th from noon-2pm I will be in front of the
main entrance California Academy of Sciences in Golden Gate Park.

Please come by for a ride, or to kick some tires and talk some smack. :)

Testrides available, in street friendly eco mode of course :)

Calling it SPAM may be a tad radical, but it would have been better posted in the sales section, with a pic and a price tag.
Make it fool-proof, and I will make a better fool.

SOoooooo are you all saying if you were in the area you WOULDN'T test ride an Opti?!!?!!

Of course you would, and virtually anyone else here!

Thanks for making the offer known, I can appreciate Opti-Bike even if I cannot afford one yet.

Being annoyed that someone is offering a test ride on one of the most well designed and proven factory E-Bikes is like being annoyed someone else got to test ride a Ferrari and you didn't.

C'mon! I think you all are green with envy!!  :P
Thank you Justin_Le for your selfless act of kindness! We all are in your debt.

Spam - it is too harsh tocall it.
Instead limited editions and such Optibike should work on how to lower the price and more on how to extend customer base.

My intention was not to come across as spam- I am just going to be in the area, and like I have in the past- put it out there to meet up.

I hope to see some of you, and your rides.

Best,

Yes of course, and so should Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini and Maserati. :P

No matter that the exotic car makers are doing just fine with sales, they should concentrate on making a car that anyone can afford?

I agree i wouldnt classify this as opti spam.

It is a nice opportunity for any esers who happen to be in SF at that time to ride a nice bike.

Unfortunately i am on extended vacation and probably wont be back on that weekend and will not get a chance to ride the new opti 1100

At 2min the motorcycle on the road with drag pipes is perfect example why I like ebikes. POS was long gone and still couldn't hear the guys talking because of that childish BS.

Thanks for the video (Lyen) and invite (Craig)!
