You posted first without contacting them? And now you won't reveal who it is until it's resolved or not resolved?
Even if they do replace it, sending you a bad tire to begin with is lousy quality control. That's enough right there to warrant naming them.
Now, I suppose, if they compensated you for your trouble by, say, giving you your money back AND an new tire, then you could forgive them.
What kind exactly is it anyway?

Well I haven't heard back from them today. I will give them time to remedy the issue, then if they don't I will warn you guys.

The tire is a Kenda Kwest 26x 1.95"

I was hoping to switch out my rear Kwest 1.5" for a smoother ride.

And yeah, it'd be nice if they compensated me for my trouble too..
