Custom adapters for using a motorcycle fork on a bike

I was researching forks for my new build. My $250 bomber fork, while decent, is a bit too flexy for my liking. I want a bigger, badder fork. But I also don't want to spend $1k for a decent through axle fork.

So.... tell me - with these adapters, what would I need to make this work? Can a new cr80 fork be purchased, or will I have to wait till a used one pops up on ebay?

What about axle differences?

I'd gladly spend $500 for a heavy ass fork if it meant I'd NEVER have to worry about not having a strong enough fork.

Actually - I really only need about 100mm to 120mm of travel for my commuter build - so these are totally overkill. Still, someone might find them fun.

What about a fork off a smaller bike? Someone like Farfle that makes parts for people might do quite nice making head tube adapters. I imagine the ebiker crowd would love a sub-$500 fork that weighs a little bit more, but is strong enough to handle brakes being jammed at 60 mph everyday.

I considered using the Suzuki forks I have here but they are very heavy and long; Not really a huge deal bout the long part since I can custom make the frontend higher to fix that, given that I'm using remote steering anyway. I'd also probably use the headtube off the Suzuki frame to make it simpler.
