Sprocketeer 2.0 Help!

Postby edudins » Sat Mar 10, 2012 3:16 pm

Hello!
I recently decided to build an ebike with a turnigy 80100 and I ended up with a gearing of 8t/80t that would give a reasonable 64km/h. I downloaded the Sprocketeer 2.0 software so I could make the sprocket on my friends cnc. Each time I try to press go after I entered the values, I get Run Time error"13" and it happens all the time, with different teeth number, different chain etc. Does anybody have the same problem? Maybe someone could just send me a dwg of an 80t, #41 ansi chainring? Thank You! :)

Help anyone? :) My project is basically stuck without the big sprocket, and a new one costs an arm...

Thank you very much! It is much more economical for me because of the high shipping, and a 25% tax on top :D How did you get the Sprocketeer to work? Are you having some errors? Could you please also make a 16t dwg for ansi 41 as I have to design a mount on a freewheel?

Sprocketeer has always worked for me. Here's what little advice I have for software installing problems. If you have a windows 7 machine you might need to uninstall and reinstall it and make sure you click run as administrator on the setup file when you do. If you have 64 bit, you have to tell windows to run the program in compatibility mode before you run the setup program.
