does anyone have a drawing of this frame in sketchup or a compatible CAD program? I'd like to crunch the numbers and see how many batteries I could fit in this frame.

I think about the most 6s 5Ah batteries that will fit is 6 for 18s 2p. However if you put 2 more on a rear rack you get 24s 2p.

Sorry if this is threadjacking, but i wanted to show that i put lipstick on this pig and it worked well.
Fox Float RC on the rear, Rockshox dual crown Judy on the front.
All steel parts headed to trash bin. The bike lost tons of weight by swapping them out. Similar weight to my Trek hardtails now
. The bike is 38lbs shipped, i'm sure i've got it down to 30 or lower.
This is a good platform. It is a hoot to ride even without power. Farfle, i hope you continue to make these swing arms.

It's not CAD or Sketchup, but here are some dimensions for battery planning...
The yellow square is 12" on the A and B legs for comparison.
The boxes on the lower pic are mockups of cell_man's 36v block packs - neither of which will fit in the triangle without crushing up against the shock.

Very funny. I think it would help things. But currently it is not electrified.
It is the first dual suspension bike i've ever owned. So my opinion is probably a little skewed as to what i think a real DS bike is.

It's in mm. It's not machine shop accurate, but it's pretty close. Done with a tape measure and protractor and naked eye. The shock and supports are in the right location, but their shapes are a little generic. I was most concerned with the interior of the triangle space being accurate.

I'm not that sure about 24S3P...
This is 24S2P...
Of course, this includes some space for padding. Even jammed in really good, I don't think 24S3P is possible inside the frame without some serious jamming. I can only probably fit 1 MAAAYYBIE 2 more packs in there. 4 more probably won't work out well.

I used the dimensions listed for the 4S packs, and made up a CAD render of the foam block a while ago. I basically decided it wasn't practical to actually fit, protect, and wire in anything beyond 24S2P in the V2100 frame. It's probably possible, but I would like things to be reliable, secure, and easy to repair/replace/diagnose.
And by CAD, I mean cardboard... It's functional.
Plus, I really need to fit 24S4P, so I will just toss them on the rear rack.
