Ebikes.ca - your experiences

Postby klep245 » Wed Apr 04, 2012 12:55 am

Has anyone dealt with ebikes.ca out of Vancouver? I live 2 hrs away and would love to deal with them. Was thinking of picking this up off them to replace my 3 yr old MiMH 36v

Ditto. You'll be hard pressed to find negative experiences, especially if customer service is important to you.

Things break, or come bad in the tin, no matter where you get them, but having someone to help with it and fix it isn't something you find most places. Grin Tech / ebikes.ca is the one place I would guarantee you will get all the help you need.

The very best there is, and you're directly supporting the innovator behind so many of the things you love in ebikes.
For ebike parts, don't be a douche, buy from http://www.ebikes.ca or http://www.MethTek.com

I have nothing but praise for Grin's tech support as our Eco Marathon car was being prepared. Justin was a great help - even offering to ship last minute parts if necessary. That wasn't needed but it was a generous offer. My complements.

Missed this thread for awhile. Ad nausem,, Grin Cyclery is the best ebike kit vendor on the planet.

Oddly, I've never bought a motor from him. But I sure love the acessories that he invents, C washers, torque arm designs, and of course, the Cycyeanalyst. Gonna pop for another one of those as soon as the new version is out.

Cannot go wrong. No better economic decision to help the ebike cause. After several Cycle Analysts purchased and plans to get the version 3, I recommend run don't walk to make your purchase a ebikes.ca! :D

Just noticed, two hours away. No brainer - go, go, go

I live on the other side of Canada from Vancouver in New Brunswick and I have to say top notch service.
they helped me design my kit, pointing out from experience so fine details and had is shipped in days.
On top of all that they were available to answer phone calls or emails and help me at any step along the way.

Thank you to ebike.ca for helping me build a bike that I believe is nothing short of fantastic and motivating.
