How are you going to mount the sprocket to the dalton?

I have machined out about 0.2mm from an old xtr 24t cassette id and it fits the Dalton beautifully.

So my first reduction is finished: 6t - 24t
Next is 6t to 22t
Then 6t machined out to accept a one way bearing.

Getting closer.

My 8mm boring bar arriving so I have finished the adaptor from the 12mm shaft to the Dalton.

Yes this Dalton is very rugged, pretty tight shadow conspiracy chain, hopefully some stretch will improve the setup.

I know everyone uses grubb screws to fix sprockets to shafts but my bro (works for an engineering company) suggested to use split pins?

What are your thoughts?
