Hi,

I would need some 24 port/connection connectors for balance lead wires, any recommendations? my wires are 18AWG.

Hi,

I ended up using 24 Anderson PP15/45 PowerPole Connectors and snapped them together... Made for a very clean and high current connections.

Molex connectors also work well.

Yes, the molex would of also worked, but at 5A maximum it would of been a little short on the amps...

They also make molex for varying gauge sized wires. I'm sure you know this already but make sure that the andersons are securely held together. We know what the result is of a disconnected sense wire.

That would seriously suck, LoL, but my programmed software will not turn the battery one if one or more pack is not showing any voltage... The only way for the board to turn on charging or discharging is when the voltage will be between 2.4V and 3.8V and LVC will be at 2.8V and HVC at 3.65V, shouldn't be a problem, unless my software would have a bug, which would suck seriously.
