I'm hoping for 3.65v. That seems to be the correct charge level for these cells. Is that correct 999zip999?

Have you checked those links i gave you regarding BMS? I think the price will work out roughly the same but you will have an option to change LVC and HVC on the fly through your lapy. Few other parameters you can fiddle about. It makes it future proof.
