I am selling my clyte hs3540 sensorless along with the clyte 48v45a sensorless controller, wiring harness, thumb throttle and external ebrake sensor and two torque arms.
Here's the back story:
The motor was purchased from Maxwell.
The motor was used for a few trips when it stopped working. I sent it back to Maxwell who re-wired it, tested and sent it back to me.
After getting it back, I put it back on my bike, tested it once. It was working but cutting out during acceleration. Spoke with Maxwell who assured me that this is due to a bad throttle connection. By this time it was already winter and the bike was in storage. Now it's warm again but I have moved on and am using another bike. Sold the battery pack that I used with this motor and now I would like to sell the motor as well. I have not had a chance to fiddle with the throttle and my battery pack is gone so I cannot test it anymore.
I'd like to sell it in an auction format and will accept the highest bid I get within the next 7 days.
The motor is laced into a 26" wheel and is heavy. I am sure it's going to be a pain in the a$$ to ship but I'll split the shipping costs with the buyer 50/50 if the bidding goes over $150 (anything under, the buyer pays for the shipping).
I am sorry but I will not sell it for under $100 as it's simply not worth my time packing and shipping it.
