Giant 20.5" (Large) VT1 Mountain Bike Frame - $300

Postby Trackman417 » Sun Jun 03, 2012 8:01 pm

I am not interested in this sooooo, I thought some people would be extremely interested in this. Looks like the guy doesn't know what he is selling. :D Love it.
Up for sale is one 2003 Giant VT1 20.5" (Large) Mountaine Bike Frame. The frame is in very good condition for it's age, there are no cracks or bends, major scrapes or gouges. I have owned the frame since 2006 and it was mostly used on road as transporation while overseas, for those out there who no the VT1's they can be built as a all day All Mountain machine or can be used for light Freeride/Downhill. All bearings are tight and move freeley. The frame is bullit proof.

Included w/ Frame:

Seat Clamp
2009 Upgraded Manitou Swinger SPV Rear Coil Shock...Shock is in mint condition. I have another spring, if I can find it I will be included with the frame.
TruVativ Hussefelt 3 Ring Crank...Large ring is 44 teeth
Rear 6" Disc Brake Adapter

Due to a overwhelming response on a item recently listed the frame will be sold to the first person who puts the cash in my hand. Held the last item a couple of times and waited around for people who never showed up. I'm sorry but I don't have the time to go thru this again.

Please feel free to contact me at any time either by cell or text, please no emails...Ask for Ryan Cell #862-226-6818

The price is $300.00...Cash U.S

The wheelie machine: 20" Rear Magic Pie II on a Trek 4300 MTB
The Bus: ??? on a 'da bomb' cargo bike frame

Pro-tips for noobs: Avoid BMS Battery like the plague | Charge RC Lipos to 4.15v, stop discharging at 3.5-3.6v | Use torque plates/arms! | Rear mounted hubs are always best

Want me to mail the frame to you? I wouldn't mind buying the frame and ship it to you, or something of that nature. PM me if you are interested in the offer

Thanks a lot for the offer trackman, but i would rather see it in person for myself to be 100% sure before buying. I've seen quite a few bent dual sus frames.. luckily bought them from bike shops, where i was able to make a return later on.. so i'm a bit leary.

But for anyone else, it is a steal.

Yeah I bet you got lucky in that arena. I try my best to help people out on this forum. It's worth a shot at giving back  . I know I will regret not buying this frame. I just don't have the money, I need to buy a car before my old camry dies, and on top of that I need to buy more battery's for my bike because of issues I had to deal with them. So far its taking forever for hobbyking to get any kind of battery's that I need
