Here's an interesting problem: my RC motor setup is causing weird oscillations as I near 3200 RPM and then if given enough throttle it will jump to 4000 RPM after a bit of oscillation. It's a little hard to explain in words but here's the short video clip showing my motor behavior with RPM reference:http://youtu.be/M5-pZlxDVfc
Here are the specs
Motor: N6354 outrunner motor 200 KV
Voltage: tested on 24, 30 and 36 volts (same behavior at all three voltages),
Controller: 6 FET 3077 Mark II Mini Monster LYEN Edition Controller
Throttle: Hall effect sensor twist throttle
Hall sensors: my own hall sensor adapter in the video (to the left of the motor) but now I'm running gwhy!'s adapter and the problem remains unchanged. I've also timed the sensor adapter for lowest current so I don't think its the hall sensor adapter, especially since it occurs whether I use my adapter or gwhy!'s adapter.
I then swapped the controller out for a 36V KU-65 and that solved the problem of the 3200-4000 RPM window being unusable, but that controller is very limiting so I want to figure out why my 3077 Lyen controller is giving me that odd problem and solve it. Any guidance from the years of collective experience you all have would be much appreciated!
