Which have just been sitting for a project that ain't going anywhere fast, so have decided to sell the batteries on before they go bad.
I have 68 pcs all brand new, only taken out of the box with their + and - bullets seperated for ease, been sitting a few months.

I'm interested in a bunch of these. Have you verified if any are duds? These have had zero use? How old are they? Also where are you located? I'm near Chicago, IL - what will shipping come to be approximately?

He may only be responding by email, but he responds quickly. Here's his response to my above questions to save anyone else time that is thinking of buying some of these.
- Location: Denmark
- Shipping to USA: About $20 / box of 8
- Batteries are about 6 months old
- All have been stored in 70 degree room and there are no duds as these have already been tested.

If anyone near Chicago wants in on my order message me and maybe we can save on shipping or something.

Nuts & volts, I read through that whole thread thinking you were pointing out that he has used these a lot or something.. nothing in the thread show any dishonesty here that I could find, so I assume you just posted it to show the cool project he was working on?

No sorry I was just posting it to reference that he owns them and that you'll be sure to get your cells from the OP.

I may interested in a few of them, but can't quite justify the purchase at the moment. I'm in Ohio thou and could share postage with someone if needed. I would get 10-15 probably.

Excactly, thank you for pointing that out. Could easily have sold 1000 of these with all the attention. First come first serve you know.
Just FIY, when the time comes, will likely resurrect the T250 with a Headway pack, but for now its just sitting comfy in my mothers garage.

Meh, if his IP is from Denmark, that's enough of a consistent story for $12 4s packs (at least to a/my desperate mind). But yeah, I must have been too slow as well.

Only thing I'm worried about is the shipping being stopped by customs... is this a legitimate concern, or should things go smoothly?

The story adds up. It would take some work and quite a devious disposition to hatch a con like this.

Yes the low dollar price is a sign you should be OK, you do have to be careful though, my main concern with these packs is that John in CR had one catch fire whilst sat there, pretty sure they were the same batch of cells that they were selling off cheap, so folks will need to be careful using, storing and charging them but then again you should apply this to any battery chemistry anyway.
