hey how much for a pre-charge resistor? No need for parallel harness, i want to just run it between controller and battery. Deans Connector

Guys this is the most depressing harness ive worked on its so retardedly complicated... If any of you have any ida on how to simplify this I would greatly appreciate it.

The harness is fo a 28s 4 p. But I think the easiest way to balance charge this (periodically) is 14s 8p.

The other charge cycles it will just be bulk charged at 14s. Please go over this drawing with a fine tooth comb and let me know if this i ok so i can get a quote for him... Im waiting on epbuddy to restock something for this order but overall Ive been dodging this like the repoman.

Umm daddy needs a speedict.. torque arms ... ebrake levers... a new throttle ...a controller.. a button cluster...some wire and connectors... You can make this happen if you purchase harness...

Hey! If you're ever really bored (hah...there's never enough time for projects), you might find fritzing a tiny bit better at drawing those diagrams than paint.net. It's just a bit prettier, and very fast once you have a part and its connections already made in your part bin.

(random example of the kind of wiring diagrams you can do: http://fritzing.org/media/fritzing-repo/projects/s/sniffer-nano-a-mini-rfid-card-reader/images/1.jpg)

I started using it after I realized I was only using eagle for documenting projects, and it was taking me mad long for such a simple task*. Fritzing was more intuitive to pick up for that kind of thing. *and I started using eagle because paint was impossible to move things around easily once I already set it down. Drove me nuts.

Maybe kind of overkill though. Maybe you already know of it. I dont know. I talk alot. Take my post count, divide by 5.

>.< I'm spending a lot of time on your thread right now. Somehow this happened to my gmail account last year...keylogger on a school networked computer, though very unlikely, seems to have been the only way in... Even after some intensive searching I haven't found any traces on my personal computer.

Anyway, with gmail you can set up "two step verification." It is sometimes a pain in the ass, but worth it so that I never again spam people...I couldn't even figure out who I spammed except it seemed to hit up at least one of my professors and my brother and mother. :S.

Two step verification sends you a text pincode when you try to log in from another computer, and every 30 days you have to re-verify your regular computer. Since I don't log in too often on machines other than my own, it mostly means that I simply have to verify my computer via my phone once a month. The algerian IP that went into my account would not have been able to access it if I had two-step turned on. If the spammer got in by tunneling through your computer, you'd still be screwed, but then you need some more network security. -peace.

The only thing out of the ordinary I did was use a computer at a UPS Store but I didnt check email there. Just printed out insurance cards for a parking lot fender bender. Im pretty secure with my computer because of work. Also i traced the ip back to china. Now i have been ordering alot of stuff on ebay but my paypal account and everything else hasnt been tampered with maybe its just isolated.

I thought you didn't want to make those balance lead harnesses?

I did some circuit boards. They work out pretty well.

I thought you had something going to a db 25 connector or something.Im just twisting the parallel groups together. The db 25 I would have to take my time and solder each wire one by one. I dread doing that but this stuff right here its tedious but its easy.

Here is an 8 to 1 Im doing for a customer cause he didnt want the left over spares from an off the shelf 12 to 1.

You can buy DBx extension cables and do the same trick of twisting wires. They are inexpensive and hold up better than JST-XH for plug/unplug cycling and have strain relief molded in.

I did a DB15 on that 10S 4P setup, right.
