Attempt: TSDZ2 torque sensor repair, not work :-( any ideas?

At this point, I think that the 2 coils, even if apparently identical, are not the same, maybe they have different windings, also may be that the hall sensor it is broken, i tried to change one of them but it's too small for my capacity of soldering :-(

Attempt: TSDZ2 torque sensor repair, not work :-( any ideas?

Unfortunately, I had 2 broken torsimeters. I tried with 2 hall sensor boards, I doubt that both chips are broken (possible but unlikely), but the result is always the same, error 2 on the display. I did many tests: 1- no sensors attached to the control unit, error 2. 2- attached only the inner...

Attempt: TSDZ2 torque sensor repair, not work :-( any ideas?

Yes, the two coils are the original coils of the TSDZ2. They are two internal coils of the torsion meter. The premise of my attempt is that the 2 coils of the torque sensor were identical. Therefore, instead of replacing the entire sensor, I thought it would be sufficient to replace the 2 coils...

Attempt: TSDZ2 torque sensor repair, not work :-( any ideas?

The idea that came to me is to buy two coils and replace them on an old torque sensor. The first thing to do is to remove the small screws that hold the plastic ring of the pedal sensor. Then, with a hot air gun, the magnetic ring easily detaches from the iron plate. Then, take the two rings...

    Hardware temperature control tsdz2

Yes small particles my be a problem but just be careful to remove all the small pieces before assembly. Yes, there are new pads that I squeezed with my hands before installing. This is the full tread of bike build http://www.jobike.it/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=81788

another way to get. a contact between the motor and the cover. A soft copper mesh that compresses and expands ensuring good contact between parts.

    TSDZ2 Safe temperature?

I have for years a digital thermometer on the motor (not connected to the controller). I have reached temperatures up to 105 ° celsius and the engine still runs great. With the pads I rarely go above 80 °. Enduro bicycle, used off-road.

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

unfortunately I can't answer because after the third engine burned the ECU also jumped and I decided not to try again, I'm quite disappointed, I just want to report it if someone else tries this software takes it into account

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

Ok the limit in configuretor it's 18a. I do not know the fight angle for bpm... I leave the default. But the motor go very well i do not think it's wrong..

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

I have a pswpower 20a controller... With the First bpm it's used at max 800w. With 2' bpm I rarely go to 650w.. medium 350w...

KT motor controllers -- Flexible OpenSource firmware for BMSBattery S/Kunteng KT motor controllers (0.25kW up to 5kW)

The last bpm code 17 was cooled with oil but it burn in 300mt at 20-25% but only 500w :-( Is it possible that the firmware that never turns off the phase current generates abnormal heating?
