this is my new built for a family member just started frame was salvage and rebuild not sure about motor and controller yet

Not good The motor is a scorpion 5535 or 5545. The motor is very strong but the bearings need to be oiled frequently... I made a similar setup with the same motor back in the days.

Can you ship to Canada?

that`s not a bad idea :idea:

- your support design is faulty ( the motor is suffocating) I burn one motor like that ( regular rv-120) - replace the hall sensor ( position are not symmetric) -replace the phase wires ( badly soldered) do that and you'll be good to go talking from experience :D
