New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I would be interested in 4 Axles. IMHO the groove for the seeger-ring is not needed. If 2 bearings are added to the left the spacing/movement of the axle can be adjusted by spacers between the last bearing and the crank. jm2c To introduce myself, here are my bikes: Liteville301MK4 + TDSZ2...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

I bought one the first units right after PSWPower sold these engines - early 2016. About the axle: The picture at PSWPower shows the one for the bottom bracket with TWO bearings on the left side. The one I received is for ONE bearing. ??Maybe?? there are engine versions for 68 and 73mm bottom...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Hi, It was not only the leg :-) - left elbow and shoulder touched ground too when roling over the bar. But nothing brocken the doctor said. The axle is of one piece, IMO there is no welding. The reason is classic fatigue caused by the grove for the seeger-ring. Such a grove on a forged...

New "TSDZ2 Torque Sensor Central Motor"

Same happened here in Austria this morning. Accelerated out of the saddle at about 10mi/h - a second later I flipped left over the bar. This TSDZ2 hat 3500km on the crank, with ~1000 Meters accent per 100km I'm not amused  Images here...

    Samsung 30Q INR18650-30Q 3000mah 15a cell

The 5 Cells are spread over 5 Groups... Well, the pack is charged to 4.15V now, charging was done without balancer and lead to a drift of only +/- 15mV = 30mV between best/worst group, where in CC phase (8Amps) the cells behave very well, they driftet appart only in CV phase. Then I balanced the...

    Samsung 30Q INR18650-30Q 3000mah 15a cell

Hi, Same Problem here. I ordered 50pc for a 10s5p Pack and then I decided to add another group for a 11s5p Pack. So 5 Groups were of significant higher voltage (60mV) when I tested the pack with my Schulze Balancer. It took hours to initial balance the pack and at the first charge/discharge...
