PSA, enertion FOCBOX's are only rated for 100 miles before failure

I want every detail of your settings you used for your setup especially because you have a 10S4P pack capable of 60 amps. Judging by your response it looks to me you are somewhat knowledgeable on the FOCBOX's operation, but not enough to know the downside of surpassing those limits if you manage...

    Direct VESC V4.12

I'll have to post this notice since it seems to be only mentioned on esk8.builders site. Ollin has stated he will no longer be producing components for the DIY market and moving towards completes. So it's bye-bye all the high quality VESCs from him.

    Meepo Board

It's off topic commentary I am going to type out. After electric-skateboard.builders site was made, all the "big players" in the custom board went from this forum to there. I stop by this forum because it has some good ideas. If anything we all advocate for the use of a VESC speed controller...

Best news since the VESC 6.0 Project Started

The new VESC tool has been released on http://www.vesc-project.com/. Here's the discussion going on at http://www.electric-skateboard.builders/t/vesc-project-com-is-online-public-vesc-tool-download/32268/81 Edit: There's still some issue regarding the use of the tool with hardware version 4.12

    VESC 6.0 Update

To answer your questions. 1. Not much has been stated about an anti-spark circuit integrated into VESC 6.0, still waiting for updated information. I believe it does not have an anti-spark circuit. 2. About 2000 μF is fine though not stated. This hasn't changed from those who make it using 3...

    VESC 6.0 Update

Nothing is release yet for VESC 6.0. A lot of drama went down about how Trampa has first grabs, but most of it was Vedder's decision. So yeah, the Beta phase is over and we're all just waiting for the release.

    Enertion - One Big Con?

From all the stuff I read regarding the positive comments and negative comments. Enertion gets 2/5 stars for spotty customer service. I have not bought anything from them. I actually use a 4-star scale when reviewing stuff. The fifth star is the unexpected category from me.

I like what you did with VESC controller. What are your comments on switching from a 7-pin MOSFET to the 3-pin MOSFET, any pros and cons with the design decision you made over two VESC on one PCB? I can understand that your orientation of the MOSFET allows for better cooling. Just so you know...

    Superglue for Brushless Motor -----+++

I would not advise JB weld. People suggest it but no one mentions it has iron filing in it. It may not help with the performance of the magnets if you were to reattach them with it.

Looking for wide hangers for Caliber II dual rear 6374s

To be honest. You will have to find someone who can make you the hangers. At a minimum width, the hangers without the axles, have to be 11 inches to ensure space for two 6374s on one hanger. I'm not trying to take over OP's post, but to show as an example it can be done. I show my custom milled...

    Speed Bomber

After a long time of literally doing nothing and waiting for stuff to get better. I have completed my build with some experimental modifications to arrive at a level I can say I am done. The Speed Bomber has become the Golden Rider. Post on Imgur to ensure database longevity since I have visited...
